Help needed to build a competitive Deck

I would like to build a competitive Deck for the belgian championship (maybe a ventrue).
Is it possible to attend one of this evening with one or two other people to do this ?
I could take my cards with me and we could start from one or another starter deck I have or one of mine ?

I also have a ventrue starter, but I do know by heart from which edition.
If it is not the same, we could mix them.

u start with thinking about what you want to do ... only politics, only bleed, both, combat ends or sticks and prevent, etcetc ... star vampire or not, etc etc
